The first sightings (2nd week of May) of Damselflies this year.
Red headed Cardinal Beetle (Pyrochroa coccinea)
Spotted Cranefly Female RHS & Male LHS (Nephrotoma appendiculata)
The first three Tripe Fungus photographs were taken in a damp well shaded area within a local Wood and are very soft almost gelatinious in nature. The last photograph however was located at the Wood's exterior perimeter track and exposed to strong sunlight making the fungus quite thin and rubbery in comparison.
